My junk email folder has disappeared -

I am using Windows XP and Microsoft Outlook 2002 - I get the error message "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder" and when I click on My shortcuts and right click on the Junk email properties is says "Unable to display the folder properties. The folder may have been deleted or the server where this folder is stored may be unavailable" This is driving me nuts please help
