Downloading Archived Squirrelmail into Outlook

I have access to an inactive Squirrelmail account with several folders full of archived emails. Since the account is inactive I don't know how to download the data from the server to my computer Outlook. Does anyone know a program that will help me interface with the server's squirrelmail even though the account is inactive?
