Has anyone else ever seen this? I have someone in my office who had a message open in Outlook 2007 when her computer crashed. After restarting and opening Outlook the message was gone! Couldn't find it in the Deleted Items or anywhere. Decided to try the Outlook Web App (we have an Exchange 2010 server) and low and behold the missing message was still in the Inbox on OWA! Closed and reopened Outlook and her Inbox was still empty. How can the Outlook Inbox be empty while the OWA Inbox has a message in it.
She sent the message to herself from the OWA Inbox and now has a copy in Outlook. Being an Exchange account, shouldn't the Inbox in both Outlook and OWA be exactly the same?
