Printing Issue on Calendar Printing Assistant

Hi All,

This is the first time I tried using the Calendar Printing Assistant. Here is some info before anything else:

OS: Windows XP SP3 32 bit

Outlook version: Outlook 2010 32 bit

Printer: Lexmark Printers (any model)

I can print from Outlook directly but whenever I tried to print from the Calendar Printing Assistant, I got an error below:



I have also tried different template and different printer models but no good.

I would certainly appreciate any help you can provide.
