Meeting printing background fields

Outlook 2013 32 bit
Email Account
Office 365 Exchange
Office 365 - Outlook 2013, version 15.0.4667.1002, cached; in printing a meeting, the background fields appear below the meeting information, as displayed below:

The printing of the background details is not consistent with all meetings; some print without the background details and some with.
Any help in resolving this appreciated.
