Hi,

I'm trying to move the 'Reply All' button under the "More" subgroup of the Respond Group in the Outlook 2010 Ribbon but i can't seem to be able to. It seems you can only create Groups and have One level under it. Am i correct in this?

  1. Is there a way to customize the Outlook ribbon to move the ‘Reply All’ button under the “More” options within the Respond Group?
  2. Is there a way to deploy the Ribbon customizations to end users as an append to their existing Ribbon (Instead of replacing)?

1. You can use GPO to disable it - not sure if it removes it though. Or, remove the Respond Chunk and create a custom Chunk.

2. No, not that I know of, at least, not without creating a custom ribbon solution.
