I setup several customized fields in my 2010 Outlook BCM to accommodate entry of 9 digit Cdn social insurance numbers. I setup the 'field type' as 'number' and selected 'truncated' format as there are no decimal points in the number. After I enter the 9 digit number and tab to the next field the last 2 digits change.... ever time. I tried changing the format from truncated to decimal just to see if it made a difference , but no difference. HELP
