Add on for customized flag operations?

Hi there,

Are you aware of any add on that would extend Outlook's built-in item flagging capabilities? I've googled a lot but haven't found any...

I know there are several VBA scripts to support what I'm looking for, but I can't find any suitable one for my purposes and I'm not able to write one myself... :(

What I'm looking for is to be able to set flags with custom labels (e.g "My response necessary"), but without any reminders nor start/due dates.

Would you please help with that? Many thanks!
 
I have vba samples here - How to set a flag to follow up using VBA

This code snippet will flag with no due date and no reminder, if it sets a default reminder, uncomment the reminderset line.

Code: 
strFlag = InputBox("Enter the flag note")
With objMsg
    .MarkAsTask olMarkNoDate
    .FlagRequest =  strFlag
 '   .ReminderSet = false
    .Save
End With

One more question, please - is it possible to assign a category withing the same macro?

I've tried this one, but it doesn't work for me :(:

I assume there was more to that cats macro...

within the 'with objmsg' section, you'd add
.categories = "category name"

you can use an if statement to set it based on conditions or use another inputbox to type a category name.

the snippet you posted should work if you do it something like this-
strcats = objmsg.categories
If Not strCats = "" Then
strCats = "Poland"
End If
.categories = strcats
