No indication of attachment, when selecting file, send to outlook.

Outlook 2016 32 bit
Email Account
Office 365 Exchange
From file explorer, right click a file, send to, mail recipient. No indication of attachment, see pic.
After email sent, indicator does show up in message, see second pic. Am I missing something?
