Script for zip file attachment

Outlook version
Outlook 2019 32-bit
Email Account
Office 365 Exchange
Frequently I receive a ZIP file attachment. I then have to save this attachment locally and rename it with a different file extension (so file.zip become file.gazip) and then resend the renmed attachment to the original recipients manually. Is something like this scriptable in VB for a beginner or too ambitious? Thank you for your help.
