Disappering contacts

When I enter new contacts into BCM 2010 They are deleted when syncing.

I can restore them from the bin, but they are still deleted after sometime.

Does anyone has a solution to look for.

How are you syncing and what are you syncing with?

When items are deleted upon syncing, it usually means things are out of sync. :) Move everything into other folders for safe keeping and sync so both system are clean then move them back. Doing a one way sync (when possible) should also prevent this from happening.

I have done what You said and... IT worked.

But, there is allways à But.

there are still contacts that are not in both files.

when I enter à New contact in Either of them, They are not synced.

If I enter à contact in One of them, and i copy The item, They are not synced.

pfff, so now I have à synced database, But every addition is not synced.

Do You have à Solutions for thuis problem.

euhhh yes I think so. Changes made to the excisting contacts are synced. Only new entries are not synced
