Creating or changing the main new mail message template in Outlook 2010

Here is what I am trying to do. I have this signature, see below

The box is the Logo for our company and then under the Please follow us on Social Media are a bunch of boxes to links to various social media places.

What I am trying to do is create a message template that will allow me to put this signature in there. I did a message template and saved it to the desktop, but what I am really wanting is the ability to click on New Message in Outlook and have it open the Message Template that I just created.

I have tried to put this in a signature part of Outlook but not all of the links are working and it will not allow me to do it in this layout.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
did you try creating the signature in a new message in outlook and copying and pasting it into the signature field? that works for most signatures.

you can create a button to open a template and pin it to the jump list on the outlook shortcut. You can't change the default message form though so using a signature would better
 
I am going to sound very ignorant but how do I create a button and pin it to the jump list?
