Creating a rule in outlook to filter messages

Hi There

I had a rule in outlook but lost it when I reinstalled outlook and for the life of me can not remember how to set up a similar rule.

So i receive over 300 emails a day from a specific email address for surveys that is completed in our IT department. What I need to do is to filter out only my team's surveys and delete the rest. So basically in the body of the survey we have the technician name I need to be able to tell outlook that if the name eg Charles is not in the survey it must be deleted

Any ideas?
