Creating archive rule on the clients by script/

Is it possible to create archives rule by script (powershel,vbs) or something else? I want to create archives rule on all of the client in organisation… with out manuals, I cant use GPO.

Actually yes, however, it's not exposed by the Outlook object modell. With OutlookSpy you can see that there's a hidden message called "IPC.MS.Outlook.AgingProperties" for each folder where the settings are stored.

I'd try this if you cannot find a ready-to-use example: Create the rule you want, then copy the resulting mentioned message to the other folders. With the Redemption you can access these hidden messages by VBA.
 
Hmmm, I have never work with outlook spy, I installed, but cant find properties of the archive settings.
And one more question which versoin of rememption i have to install?
