For some reason Outlook is creating a folder named "Unwanted" and puts new emails automatically in this folder. When I try to drag and drop it to my inbox, about 20 seconds later it automatically gets moved back to this folder labeled "Unwanted." I use Office 365 Home with Outlook 2016 on my desktop I have three accounts on Outlook: Outlook (Exchange), Comcast (IMAP), and Gmail (IMAP). I use an Android Samsung Note 4 phone running 6.0.1.
The Unwanted folder also shows up on Comcast's web email page and Gmail web mail page. I spent about an hour on the phone with Outlook 365 support today and they say it is not an Outlook issue, but a Comcast or Gmail issue. Comcast support says it is not their issue, but an Outlook issue.
Google searches have not been helpful. I've turned off all filters on my phone and deleted all blocked domains and addresses, and set spam/junk in Outlook to "No Automatic Filtering."
If I don't constantly check this Unwanted folder, I miss important emails.
