Outlook creating unwanted tasks in Tasks and Todo from emails

Outlook 2019 32-bit
Email Account
Outlook.com (as MS Exchange)
I'm trying to understand why Outlook is automatically creating a task or Todo from every single email. Can anyone help please?

I use Tasks for task management and having to clear these unwanted tasks out all the time is irritating. I've tried filtering unflagged emails without success.

Solved when I found a Flow was sending all the emails to tasks. Switched it off, problem solved.
