Copying Contacts from SharePoint List (connected to Outlook) to another Conacts folder

Outlook 2010 32-Bit
SharePoint 2013 Contact List (List "A") connected to Outlook 2010 and showing up as a Contact Folder
Want to be able to sync the to a BYOD solution
So these contact records must be copied to another sub-folder (List "B") within ones own mailbox.
Look for ideas and/or sample VBA code to maybe to do this.

Need to be able to copy/update all of the records in List A to the Outlook folder in List B.

Thoughts?
