Creating custom contact forms

I created a custom Contacts form some time ago. It worked fine until recently. Now the first field in the form displays in a very tiny font. I checked the properties of the field, and the font and font size are correct and furthermore are the same font and font size as in all the other fields in the form, which display correctly. I have tried resetting the font and font size a number of ways, but the field still displays in a very small size.
 
Microsoft is looking into it - it's something with forms created on older computers and opened in outlook 2013. It's a weird bug - a client found it a few weeks ago and sent me his form. I could not repro it. Then a person asked me to look at a form they designed and i could finally repro - that same form repro'd for support and they opened the support case.

At this time i don't have a fix.
 
I have seen the same thing. Any contact using the old custom form, after applying the hotfix, has tiny font in the first field (name). and it is unchangeable.

Will we know if this is being fixed in an update, or, will have to download a new hotfix? assuming it is fixed at all.

seems like MS is falling behind the curve in problems to fix in OL13.
