Outlook 2013 Loading Profile

A few days ago Outlook started hanging up on the Loading Profile part of the boot and does not start. I've read that there may be another program trying to access the profile. Ideas??
 
What antivirus do you use? Sync with a smartphone? Use google apps? Is it running hidden - check in Task Manager and see if outlook is listed before you try to open it.

If you make a new profile, does it work?

Hi,

In my inbox multiple names of single persons are appearing, This is very annoying when you search any e-mail in in-box. Mostly I have to search with first and lost name as well. Please tell me how I can ensure that all the e-mail received from any e-mail ID are appearing at single location (incoming and sent).
