Why custom form is different from original ipm.contact ?

Hi,
When i add something in custom form based on ipm.contact, i don't get the same presentation .
What the problem ?

you can add the photo and biz card controls to a custom contact - open the control toolbox, right click on the toolbox and choose customize (or whatever makes sense :) i forget the exact wording) - look for the photo and card controls in the list. select them to make them available in the toolbox.
 
Hi Diane, Thank you for your reply, I had found in the meantime the same solution(from you ;-) )
The controls are : "Microsoft Outlook Business Card Control" and "Microsoft Outlook Contact Photo Control"
 
Finaly i'm going to use "Form Regions" with custom form based on the original, and [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\FormRegions\IPM.Contact.CustomForm] to limit on a share contact folder.
