Custom contact form icon issue

Hi there!

I've created a custom contact form in Outlook 2010 as I needed to add custom vendor fields. Everything works smoothly, except that when I look at all my contacts, some have the original v-card icon, and the ones using the custom form appear to have a thumbtack/notepad icon.

Aesthetics aside, Outlook cannot find the new contacts in my address book when I click the 'To' button when creating a new message. I've included a screenshot below that demonstrates the icon issue.

Is there an easy-ish fix to this problem?
