Outlook 2010 need help with rules

Hello,
I am getting all kinds of SPAM and now a days they all seem to have sender names like "#QuiBids" I'd like to create a rule that says any emails that have a sender with a # in then name of the sender. Some have more than one "#QuiBids and sometimes they have other different characters. If I could learn how to create rules for SPAM like that, my life would be much happier.
