Need help configuring a PRF for Outlook 2010 and 2013

I need to change the fqdn specified in the Outlook profile for Outlook 2010 and 2013. We are migrating to Office 365 and need to rename/change the fqdn of our CAS array (example outlook.acme.org needs to be changed to exchange.acme.org). Changing the fqdn is easy, the problem is that Outlook clients with existing profiles are slow to update. Users will experience a disconnect for a period of time. I understand that I can use a PRF file to modify the server address (Server Settings in the profile). The problem is documentation is poor in regards to changing that value. Can someone give me an example of what lines I need to change to get the PRF to work on the /importPRF?
