Your needs are not clear.
The amount of data is not important as SQL is designed to deal with
mountains of data. What matters is whether the features for this are present
in the product.
If you are asking whether you can use BCM with multiple users and whether it
will automatically attach business records for each e-mail associated with a
business contact, then yes it *could* work.
Whether you will enjoy working with that data through BCM is a different
story. You might be a candidate for Microsoft CRM 4.0 and Microsoft Exchange
2007.
One solution I could try, for example, is to setup an account in Exchange to
mirror all e-mail traffic and then attach that account to BCM.
