email contacts from external contact database.

Hello,

I've had a custom MS access application that I have been using for a number
of years.

I've bought Office 2007 and now with Outlook I see Business Contact Manager.
I need to send out some emails.

How do I email my contacts from my other database? Do I need to import the
contacts from the other database into the database for Outlook Business
Contact Manager?

You would want to import the contacts into BCM.

It's not too complicated.

The easiest way is to export from BCM and then use the resulting CSV file as
a guideline to setup your export process from your current solution.
