Hi,
I am using outlook 2013. I have a lot of mails that comes through per day which I need to sort as per the location. The only factor that can help sort them out is the city name in those mails (as those are helpdesk notifications). It has a field which appears as:
Location CHICAGO
This is the only field that does not change (other fields like username, category, sub-category etc are all different in each notification email). Now some user's signatures may also contain the word Chicago or it may appear in the mail somewhere.
I want to set a rule to identify the work CHICAGO in CAPS so that I can move the mails, based on this rule, to a separate folder. Every combination or inbuilt rule settings I tired, i was not able to achieve that.
Can someone help me set this rule up ? i'll be really grateful.
