How to Migrate Exchange to Office 365 easily and quickly on a freeway without having to use tools recommended by a colleague like Sharegate, Gs Richcopy, Carbonite, and GoodSync!
As you see all are paid tools and the trial versions are very limited, so I appreciate a freeway or an effective way to not lose anything from my data!

How many mailboxes are you migrating? How large are they? Do you need to migrate sharepoint and OneDrive or just mailboxes?

If you are just moving mailboxes and their aren't many, Export and Import work well - it will work with a lot of mailboxes, but the paid products can save a lot of time and generally have a good ROI compared to manually importing/exporting hundreds of mailboxes.

The most I did with import/export was 13 - I had one helper. Once I did about 5 very large IMAP mailbboxes and it took forever to export.
