Color code certain INBOX emails

How to set rules to color code certain INBOX emails? I looked at Rules but didn't see any selection opportunity for color coding certain emails? if not using RULES, then what? Thanks
 
  1. Navigate to View > View Settings > Conditional Formatting.
  2. In the Conditional Formatting dialog box, click Add.
  3. Type a name for your rule in the Name: field, and then click Condition.
  4. Use the fields available to you in the Filter dialog box to configure your rule's conditions.
  5. encrypted email
  6. Click OK.
