Color Coding Emails - Outlook 2007 SP-3

Hello, first time poster.

A good customer of mine has Outlook 2007 and she would like to color code emails.

Specifically she wants to use different colors to distinguish different emails by sender. Some for example are emails from performing arts others could be health related etc.. I never paid attention to color coding until she asked for it.

So, can emails that get downloaded be automatically color coded as well as existing ones in her Inbox and other folders?

I keep thinking this will be rules based but an answers will help.
