Mark as Unread unless Categorized by Color

Hello All,

Is there a Rule or other way to accomplish the following:
In a Shared Mailbox, we color Categorize the emails to ourselves when we will work that particular email. How can an email which has been read, get 'Marked as Unread' if not Color Categorized?
