Change row background color of selected item

Any way to change the background color of the selected row in a view? When I sort by subject, it's hard to find the currently selected row because the row background color is the same as the thread background color.

Which theme are you using? It's easy to see in the colored theme - selected items are blue - so I'm guessing you aren't using that theme.

Flagged messages will be yellow, unless you turned that option off.
