Outlook 365 Exchange on Windows 10 x64.
Within Outlook I have 2nd Outlook account and I would like to change the actual email address to a more, let's say, appealing (less cryptical one).
One that would also be easier to remember for others and less chance on misspellings. I only later thought of it.
The email address is not in active use, right now, but will be in the near future. Right now Gmail is still used. A copy of the mail sent to Gmail is forwarded to this Outlook account. It is not in use for Calendar sharing or anything else.
I wonder, what would be the best/easiest way to change the email address. IF.. at all possible.
(read somewhere that one should have the Office 365 Global admin role or something?)
Or should I go the 'hard way', i.e. create a new one (new family member), copy all the mail from the over to the new one and delete the old one.
Thanks.
