Hi,
I beleive Outlook does not have this option (or at least I never found it), but i'm looking for some tool or plugin that might be able to do this.
I would like the display name of contacts in the email compose form to be colored. For example, If I could have all contacts from my company appear in black, while externam contacts appear in red, it would be an easy way to identify wrong contacts in emails I write.
Just to clarify : I'm not interested in coloring the email itself. I want the contact email address to have color, for example according to it's category, when it's displayed in the "TO" or "CC" boxes of emails.
for example, instead of this:
[To...] [ john@aaa.com ; john@bbb.com ; jack@bbb.com ]
to get this:
[To...] [ john@aaa.com; john@bbb.com; jack@bbb.com ]
Is there any tool out there that allows this?
thanks
