Calendar is not accepting Appointments

Hello,

I'm having a problem in Outlook Calendar from Room Mailboxes.

When some users try to insert appointments just clicking on the selected time it's not possible, but some users with the same permissions can realize appointments without any problem.

It's some outlook configuration?
