Hello there,
i just got an iPhone. Now i am trying to get Microsoft Outlook 2007 working with the iCloud-Add-In.
Here is the problem:
I am using Windows 7 Ultimate with the Office 2007 Standard Edition. The newest Updates are installed.
I order to sync my contacts and calendar with my iPhone and my Laptop i installed Apple's iCloud 3.0 control panel.
So far everything works finde.
When i am going to start Outlook 2007 it crashes with the following error message:
"Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'icloud outlook add-in' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?"
In order to open Outlook i have to choose the disable option. Using options - add-ins - manage disabled add-ins to enable the add-in (aplzod32.dll) results in the same failure to open and message.
The problem is: I need the add-in to use the iCloud with my Outlook properly.
Can anybody help here?
Thanks in advance.
Lawrence
