What does mean this icon at the picture attached?

Dear friends. What does mean this icon at the bottom right corner, highlighted in yellow, at the picture attached? Could you help me?

that is a pushpin - if you click it, it "pins" the dialog open - if you close it, the dialog will open on the next send and receive and stay open until you close it. if it's not clicked, the window closes when the send receive is complete.


This is the 'pinned' state and it will stay on screen after send/receive is complete
