Hi guys,
I'm not sure where this query fits in the forums so I'm posting it here. Does anyone have a timed macro for outlook that checks through a specific days emails (say every 5 minutes) and identifies the headers, then after receiving all pre-defined headers will send a mail to my own account. Sounds a bit long winded but what I'm trying to accomplish here is because I have bags of emails coming in from all the systems backed up round the clock, I'm trying to work a system where at the end of the day if I haven't received all specific emails for all backups for the day for a specific sector, I will be able to note that the sector emails haven't been received with the correct header hence there is a problem. And I in turn will have to go manually see which backups have failed.
And in the worse case scenario that no such macro exists, could someone possibly point me to a piece of software that might do such a job?
Regards
