Is there any way to convert outlook 2003 to outlook 2007

I wanted to know the how to convert outlook 2003 to outlook 2007. I have all my important mails and contacts in outlook 2003. I want to convert to 2007 is there anyway to get all my mails and contacts to 2007 from 2003.
 
Upgrading office on the same computer? Just install 2007 and outlook will use the old profile.

All you need is the pst file you are using with Outlook 2003 - and even if you are just upgrading your computer, i recommend copying the pst for backup. It's good practice to have a backup copy of your data file.
 
Please note you do not need to buy software to migrate - its very easy to do without software. Your mail, calendar, and contacts are all in the pst file.
 
I am also having issues with moving my Outlook 2003 pst file to Outlook 2007. I am unable to see any of the folders I had created in 2003. If I move the pst back to Outlook 2003 the folders are visible.
 
Thanks for the reply, I discovered the issue. My wife had created a separate pst file for all her folders. I have now added the pst folder and all our mail folders have been recovered. Thank you again.
