Outlook Connector not syncing to Outlook 2003 AND 2007

My boss uses MSN (the one you pay for) and I have transitioned him to Outlook using the Connector. I get his MSN Email, Contacts & Calendar on my laptop. He also has it coming to his laptop and desktop PC via Outlook Connector.

Suddenly, it's stopped syncing on his PC (XP: Outlook 2003) and on my laptop (XP: Outlook 2007). It still appears to be working on his laptop (Vista: Outlook 2007).

Does anyone know why this has just started happening? I have uninstalled and reinstalled connector and the msn account on both machines. Initially, as it re-loads, it will sync with the info in the account, but will not continue to sync.

Can anyone shed any light on this?
