Copy email address from outlook 2013/2010

Hi All,

I would like to copy and paste email address from outlook 2010/2014.
Example i receive an email in Outlook
There are
To:
CC:A,B,C,D,E,F

I want to highlight A,B,C,D,E,F copy it then paste to .txt file.
How can i make it appear as a@abc.com; b@abc.com; ... f@abc.com
 
In Outlook 2013, it should copy and paste as Display Name (email@ddress.com) I don't think that was added to Outlook 2010 though, so you'll need another method in the version.
