Outlook 2010: Change the font for the area at the top of an open email.

Outlook 2010: I want to change the font for the area at the top of an open email, where to, from, etc. are shown, don’t know the name for this area. I already made navigator pane changes and body of email changes, but the font is unchanged in the upper part of the email. I want to change the font without making any global changes to Win7. Does anyone know how to do this?
