Timed events created in iPhone auto-change to All Day events in Outlook 2010

Hello,

When I create a new *timed* calendar event in my iPhone 4s then sync the phone via USB cable by way of iTunes to Outlook 2010 on my laptop, the event at first appears correctly as a timed event in Outlook. Then at some later time (perhaps after midnight??), when I check Outlook I see that timed event has now changed to an *All-day* event. Then if I sync again & check my iPhone I see that that formerly timed event has been changed to an All-day event, too. (So I guess Outlook's data is taking precedence over iOS data during the 2nd sync.) *Note that timed events 1st created in Outlook will sync to iPhone correctly and stay as timed events on both iPhone & Outlook. But if I 1st create the event on my iPhone then sync, then the problem described above happens.*

This problem seems to have started occurring when I upgraded my iOS software to version 7 recently. Prior to that I had no problems syncing my iPhone calendar, contacts & notes with Outlook.

Some more info:

Using Outlook 2010 SP2 MSO (14.0.7106.5003) Part of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010

iOS version 7.0.2

Windows 7 Professional SP1

iTunes version 11.1.1.11

I have been unable to find any help despite long internet searches.:(

I'll have to test it with my iPad - it does sound like it might be either ios7 or iTunes doing it. It shouldn't be changing ot an all day event just because it's after midnight - something else is at play, but I'm not sure what.

What other addins do you have installed? Check in File, Options, Trust Center, Addins.
