Is it possible to have contacts sync real-time between Outlook and iCloud?

Hi there,

In our office, we use Outlook 2010. We would like for any changes that are made to our contacts on the PC to be pushed to our iPhones so that there are no discrepancies. Is there anyway to do this?

We have setup the iCloud add-in with Outlook, but are not really sure how it works - how do you transfer data back and forth between the two, even manually? There is a program called CodeTwo Sync for iCloud that seems to do what we want, but we don't know enough about it to make a purchase.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. Switching from Outlook is not an option.
 
You are using exchange mailboxes? You can sync directly between the phone and the mailbox, no addins needed - provided the admin has it enabled.
