Is it possible to collect statistics from Outlook forms?

I have an Outlook form stored in the Organizational Forms Library.
Is there any way to collect user statistics?

E.g. How many times the form was used
Or
How many times a field in the form was left blank
 
I'm not aware of a way to track that. You could get an idea how often its used by searching the mailboxes for that form name. But I'm not sure powershell can get the form names from outlook items (when run from a central location by an admin) .
