I want ONE calendar if possible with no overlaying

I would also REALLY like to know how to have one single calendar no matter the source (iPhone, PC, third party software that sends me appointments,iCloud). Having multiple calendars is very confusing to me even with the overlay function and makes me not trust my calendar which is synced with my iPhone.

sorry, that's not possible. icloud needs its own data store so you'll have at least 2 calendars. 3rd party appt should be stored in your outlook calendar, unless they are subscribed calendars. Then they do need their own calendar folder. Sorry.
