Marking message read only if replied to the message or Ctrl+Q. Possible?

Hello,

I have a question, is it possible to make it so that outlook 2013 will automaticly mark messages as read only if I reply to those messages or manually mark them read by pressing ctrl+Q?

Yes - but you need to read them in the reading pane because opening a message will mark it read too - but you can disable the mark as read after 5 sec option. View tab, Reading pane button. Select Options and uncheck everything, or at least the first 2.
