Sync Business contacts with Icloud contacts

Good morning,

Thank you for your help.

I am trying to sync the bcm contacts with the icloud contacts. On the sync page instead of using a normal pst i choose on the icloud section the contacts folder.

It accepts but nothing happens and so nothing is synched...

BCM Contacts and iCloud Contacts are usually stored in separate PST files in Outlook. The key is to synchronize the BCM PST data to the iCloud PST.

I'm unsure if BCM has a built-in tool to do this.

CompanionLink is 3rd-party software that can be set up to synchronize BCM with iCloud.
