Any guesses as to how our Favorites folder in our Public Folders folder were created (see attached image)?
We have four total users with access to the Public Folders and none of them say they created any Favorites. Further, if I right-click any of them, there is no option to "unFavorite" them. And if I delete one of the folders from within the All Public Folders tree, the corresponding "favorite" still remains, with all the items still in it (there were two other task folders named "FL.TEMPLATES.Sales" and "FL.TEMPLATES.Administrative" within the "FL Task Templates" sub-folder of All Public Folders which I've deleted, yet their corresponding "favorites" folders are still there, again, with the items still in them).
Thanks,
James
