Hi there.
I noticed today that many of the reminders I set on contacts in my main Contact folder were not popping up when they're supposed to.
I googled the problem and tried lots of suggested solutions along the lines of start-run-outlook.exe /cleanfolders. Then I noticed something that seems important. Normally when I want to set a reminder I open the contact, click Follow Up, then I set the start date and the due date, then I set the reminder date, making sure the Reminder box is checked. Then I hit ok. On the contact file I used to see
Follow up. Start by [DATE]. Due by [DATE]. Reminder: [DATE].
Now, no matter what I do, I only see the Start By and the Due By. I do not see Reminder: DATE. So it stands to reason that this is the problem. What am I doing wrong?
