Received Date None after reading

I apologize if this question has been asked before. I searched for it, but couldn't find anything.

We are using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003 backend. We have about 30 users out of 500 that after they open an email they received, the received date is being changed to "none". It doesn't do it every time, maybe around 1/4th of every email they open. Any suggestions? I've tried disabling plugins, but no dice so far.
